Refund & Return Policy
Thank you for shopping at Nepali Grocery. We strive to ensure the best quality and service. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.
Overview
Our return and refund policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Items must also be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns or offer refunds on the following:
- Perishable food items (including snacks, spices, flours, pickles, frozen goods, etc.)
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
- Health and personal care items once opened
- Any opened or used product
Please do not send items back to the manufacturer. All returns must be processed directly through Nepali Grocery.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company—it may take time for the refund to be posted.
- Contact your bank—there may be a processing delay.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or sent in error. If you need an exchange, email us at [email protected] and send the item to Charlottetown, PEI or Cambridge, ON.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Shipping Returns
You are responsible for the cost of shipping returns, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item). Shipping fees are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item without tracking.
